Is the price on your website real price, why it is much cheaper than market price?

Yes,the price is real price,We manage our business with lower overheads than a retail store. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc.We have professional wedding factory and our clients can order dress from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

Does the price show on your website including postage?

The price of most items on our website including the shipping cost(EMS Free shipping).Some Special delivery requests need additonal postages,it's up to customer's choice.Such as ship by UPS,DHL.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Ready-made orders can be ship out within 2~4 days after order is placed.
Normally Items ordered usually takes 25-30 working days to make.
Rush orders about takes 18~23 working days.

What is the return policy?

 

Online purchases require flexibility and support.JDsbridal.com understands that and wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you..If you are not completely satisfied with your order purchase,please contact us within 5 days upon the receiving (No returns accepted after 5days).

 

1)Quality-Related issues

 

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order.please be ready to provide Customer Service with some persuasive pictures or video showing the problem with the items.

 

2) No quality-related issues

 

Products (excluding Made-To-Order, and Clearance/On sales items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order. Free shipping products will be refund of 85% of the item’s price. The remaining 15% will be kept as a restocking fee. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

 

* *Pls note Made-to-order products cannot be returned for any reason unless quality issues. In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return and we therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30~60% of the order price.

 

3) Sizing and Fitting issues

 

As  made-to-order clothing is custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

 

*Size not as ordered:

If the Item is not the size you ordered Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to try to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly share the tailoring costs with you. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

 

*Size as ordered but does not fit:

For Made-To-Order clothing, if the items do not fit properly but were made accurately according to your order specifications, you are eligible for a free, one-time-only re-sizing service. You are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

 

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Can I have a dress made to my measurement?

Of course, we can make dress in your custom size.

Can you cancel my order? I want to change the color of my order, is this possible?

We will start making your order as soon as payment received, and we can't cancel such an order. If we have started making your order, we can't accept big change for your order such as the color choice. So please double check your order before your payment.

Can I get discount when I order more?

Yes, definitely! Purchase more is always welcome! Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you a best price after discount.

Can you made the gown from the picture I provide?

Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! please send us the pictures via email, our email address is :support@jdsbridal.com .We will reply you with the quota and design suggestion within 24 hours.

*please be aware of that we don't accept return for custom made gowns.

 How about the quality of the dress?

All the gowns from JD’s Bridal are high quality.There are at least 4 layers fabrics we use on top bodice,2layers heavy satin and 2layer lining. All of our dresses are full lined,Insert-bra been added,and we have added safe-lock to make the dress more fit and safe. Here belows are some details of our works

What payment methods do you accept?

Why I failed to pay with Credit Card?

 

If you get pending status order after enter your credit card details,This means we failed to charge your credit card.This might be cause by several reasons,like wrong detials,Invalid card,insufficient fund,network issue and etc. One of the most common reason is the payment been prevented by your credit card company,So please contact them to approve our transaction first and then re-place the order.The other reason is wrong credit card details (eg.name,phone,address... these details don't match your bank records),We strongly suggest you to check your bank first and then try to reorder online. (please be reminded that we currently only accept VIsa & Mastercard credit card, debit card not accepted.)

 

How to choose the size?

 

Both standard size or custom size are available! We provide custom make service free. Just submit your size details . If there’s some fluctuation in the size you need, we highly recommend to make the dress  to be function lace up closure.

 

When should I order the wedding dress?

 

Please place your order in advance of your wedding date if possible. We would like to suggest to order it 3 months before the wedding.It affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. If you need it in rush, please contact us first. We will try our best to help you get it in time.
